Arrowfly Event Ticket Refund Policy
All event registrations are subject to the following refund policy:
- Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the event start date are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for tickets not used.
- Substitutions may be permitted prior to the event at no additional cost. Please email [email protected] for more information.
- In the event that Arrowfly must cancel or reschedule an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future Arrowfly event, at Arrowfly’s discretion.
Discount Codes
Discount codes can only be used before completing registration. Discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to existing registrations.
