What is the registration process like?

A registration link will be posted to the event website when available (early 2025). Once you submit your registration, our team will look over your submission and then let you know as soon as your registration is processed and approved.

Does my registration give me access to the QSR Evolution/NextGen Summit or do I need to register for both events?

You will have full access to both events with just one registration.

Where should I book a hotel room?

We will have a block of rooms available at our event venue, the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. More information will be available soon.

What is the difference between this event and the NextGen Restaurant Summit?

The QSR Evolution Conference and the NextGen Restaurant Summit are co-located events taking place at the same time in the same venue. They will have different agendas with different focuses, but attendees can choose to attend sessions from either event. QSR Evolution will focus on quick-service restaurants whereas NextGen Summit will focus on emerging full-service restaurants.

Can I bring a guest?

We do not have a guest fee available for this event.

What should I do when I get to the event?

Pick up your badge on site at the registration desk. We will be able to look you up with your name or your confirmation email.

Will there be WiFi available?

Yes, there will be WiFi available for you to connect to at the event. Information will be available on site.

Are meals included in my registration fee?

Breakfast and lunch will be provided both days of the event. There will also be ample networking opportunities and receptions with F&B available.

WTWH Media has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment or any other inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward attendees and organizers. If you break our code of conduct, you will be asked to leave the premises and banned from future events.
