Packages should arrive between August 29th and September 3rd.
Tabletop F&B Samples
Samples must be provided by you or purchased directly through the hotel.
You must provide all supplies and utensils needed to serve your F&B samples.
No alcohol can be sampled.
Samples must be bite-sized.
Any heating/cooking equipment needed to prepare or serve samples at your table must be provided by you.
You must adhere to all safety procedures and health regulations.
F&B Action Items
Complete, sign and return waiver by 7/1/24
Submit COI by 7/1/24. COI is required only if samples will be served.
Kitchen prep space is available from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM and prep times are assigned in 30 minute increments.
If kitchen prep space is needed, email Alexis Ferenczy with the dates and times needed. Kitchen prep space is available on a first come first served basis and your dates and times will be confirmed to you by 7/16/24.
