Important Dates & Deadlines
- Sponsor Set-up: Tuesday, September 3rd, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Note: You must be set-up by 6pm for the start of the welcome reception. - Sponsor Tear-down: Thursday September 5th, 5:00 PM
- Packages should arrive between August 29th and September 3rd.
- F&B details, waiver and COI are due to Alexis Ferenczy by July 1st ONLY if you are sampling F&B.
Tabletop Logistics
- You will have a 6-foot black draped table with 2 chairs.
- Banners and backdrops can not exceed 8′ in width.
- Suggested times to man your table are all networking breaks and on site receptions.
- Power is NOT included. Place your order using the Electrical & A/V Order Form

- Packages should arrive between August 29th and September 3rd.
Tabletop F&B Samples
- Samples must be provided by you or purchased directly through the hotel.
- You must provide all supplies and utensils needed to serve your F&B samples.
- No alcohol can be sampled.
- Samples must be bite-sized.
- Any heating/cooking equipment needed to prepare or serve samples at your table must be provided by you.
- You must adhere to all safety procedures and health regulations.
F&B Action Items
- Complete, sign and return waiver by 7/1/24
- Submit COI by 7/1/24. COI is required only if samples will be served.
- Kitchen prep space is available from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM and prep times are assigned in 30 minute increments.
- If kitchen prep space is needed, email Alexis Ferenczy with the dates and times needed. Kitchen prep space is available on a first come first served basis and your dates and times will be confirmed to you by 7/16/24.
