What does my registration include?

Registration will give you access to all sessions, the collocated NextGen Summit event, breakfast and lunch on both days, plus networking opportunities.

How do I order power for my table?

The order form can be found under Order Forms & Resources.

What should I do when I get to the event?

Pick up your badge on site at the registration desk. We will be able to look you up with your name or your confirmation email.

Will there be WiFi available?

Yes, there will be WiFi available for you to connect to at the event. Information will be available on site.

Are meals included in my registration fee?

We will provide you with breakfast and lunch on both days of the event. On the first night, our reception at SweetWater Brewing Company will have food. You must be registered for the reception ahead of time.

How do I order F&B through the hotel?

You can submit the order form to Alexis at aferenczy@wtwhmedia.com by July 31st.
Note: F&B can only be served during the networking breaks.

What do I do if I want to bring my own F&B to my booth?
