With a network of more than 440 locations nationwide and a robust direct-to-consumer business, the company offers convenient meals crafted with premium ingredients, enhancing the enjoyment of life’s special moments.
Tripp, as CMO, leads HoneyBaked’s advertising, digital and PR as well as its culinary innovations team, driving menu development and keeping HoneyBaked ahead of food trends. His expertise ensures the brand is top-of-mind for loyal customers while attracting new ones.
This includes HoneyBaked’s recent entrance into football with an integrated marketing campaign that aligned the brand with tailgating and homegating. Additionally, Tripp introduced HoneyBaked’s first brand-new holiday TV campaign in six years, “Every Bite is a Celebration,” and spearheaded the holiday “tastemaker” program, both of which led to HoneyBaked’s strongest Thanksgiving in its 65+ year history.
In his role, Tripp is driving a new era of growth and transformation for HoneyBaked. Tripp’s efforts are aimed at creating brand and product awareness outside of the holidays by engaging with consumers during “everyday” timeframes while upholding its longstanding commitment to quality and excellence.
With a background as the Global Brand Head for Motto by Hilton, Tripp brings extensive knowledge and expertise from the hospitality industry to his current position. Tripp is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
