Ted currently leads the Price & Menu Optimization practice for Fishbowl, developing strategic insights and tactical recommendations that improve profitability for Chipotle, Cava, Sweetgreen, Tropical Smoothie Café, and many other nationally recognized restaurant brands.
Ted led similar engagements for Revenue Management Solutions (RMS) and for Czar Metrics prior to their acquisition by Fishbowl in 2017. For 11 years Ted served as Vice President at Uno Restaurants, working closely with executive leadership to improve business performance through advanced analytics. In his career, he has coupled a lifelong passion for hospitality with a keen understanding of restaurant management, finance, marketing, technology, and statistics to enhance execution and profitability in thousands of restaurant locations.
He earned his B.S. degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University in 1987, supplemented with certification in advanced statistics at Northeastern University.
