With over 20 years at Taco John’s, Steve has had the opportunity to gain experience across multiple departments. He began in Operations, where he oversaw the Company Restaurant division, before moving into the Training department. For the past 13 years, he’s led the Restaurant Technology department, spearheading numerous initiatives that have driven the evolution of our business. These include launching mobile ordering and delivery, implementing a cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) system, and most recently, introducing Voice AI technology to enhance the drive-thru experience.
