Steve Felson

Steve Felson is a C-level servant leader with proven success in guiding franchise organizations, strengthening operations, developing leaders, and driving sustainable performance. With experience supporting major brands across multiple markets, he blends strategic clarity with hands on coaching to help teams work smarter and deliver consistent results. As Senior Vice President, Franchising, Steve currently leads the franchising division for two iconic Chicago brands, Buona Beef and The Original Rainbow Cone where he guides the franchising process from sales through construction to opening and providing long-term support. In his role at BurgerFi at BurgerFi, he was promoted from VP of Franchise Operations to Executive Vice President. During his EVP tenure he led the Franchise and Company Operations, Marketing, Food Safety and Learning and Development departments. He successfully led the company through significant growth for 3+ years before joining Bonchon as VP of Operations. Steve is recognized for his people first leadership and ability to build high performing teams. He also mentors emerging leaders through the GLEAM Network and has coached endurance athletes with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training program. Steve brings over 20+ years of experience and expertise in the Restaurant and Franchise industry.
