Sergio Pérez is an award-winning marketer and serves as the SVP and Head of Marketing at Emmy Squared Pizza, where he oversees brand management, digital strategy, off-premise initiatives, public relations, and local restaurant marketing. Recognized for launching best-in-class digital platforms and developing effective sales strategies, he has established deep expertise in QSR, Fast Casual, and Family Dining brands.
Sergio has been honored as one of QSR Magazine’s “35 Young Restaurant Leaders to Watch” and has been featured in the Charlotte Business Journal’s “40 Under 40.” Additionally, he has earned a Platinum Award for “Innovation in Customer Experience” and a Gold Award for “Best Multi-Channel Experience” from Loyalty360, as well as the “Best Digital Transformation” award from the Modern Retail Awards, and “Technology Implementation of the Year” from the Retail Technology Innovation Hub.
Before joining Emmy Squared Pizza, he held marketing roles at Bojangles, Church’s Chicken, Johnny Rockets, Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, Huddle House, and Garden Fresh Restaurants. He holds a BA in Communication from Texas A&M International and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
