Scott Temme

Scott Temme brings 20-plus years of franchise and business experience to his role as Director of Franchise Sales at Zaxby’s. Previously, he served as Director of Franchise Development with Honey Baked Ham where he doubled the brand’s growth pipeline. Before that, he was the Franchise Operation Development Manager serving as a part of the cross-functional team that designed and implemented a new signage process for all development projects. He has also previously served as President of the Atlanta Co-Op for Tropical Smoothie Cafe and owned his own franchise. In this role, he collaborated with operating partners to manage daily on-site operations and recruited, trained, and developed a strong leadership team. In his time in the franchising industry, Scott has made a large and lasting impact on the restaurant sector, a testament to his drive, passion and commitment to excellence.
