Spending the early part of his career in various marketing roles before moving to help build out growth strategies at a digital advertising agency, a common denominator in Snyder’s background are start-ups and brands in need of a transformation. He has worked with fast-growing companies such as Chipotle, Red Robin, McDonald’s, Jimmy John’s and more that wanted to utilize tech-facing strategies to create experiential brand relationships with their customers. After a quick stint in independent consulting which is when he was introduced to Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, he then stepped into the role of CEO.
