She focuses on helping franchisees translate strategy into execution—driving consistency, improving profitability, and building stronger teams across the system.
Since joining the brand in 2022, Sarah has been instrumental in evolving operational systems, developing scalable training programs, and partnering directly with franchisees to navigate real-world challenges inside their restaurants.
Prior to Shuckin’ Shack, she held leadership roles in franchise operations and project management with Port City Java. Known for her hands-on, operator-first approach, Sarah brings a frontline perspective to topics around operational efficiency, communication, and sustainable growth.
