Peter Hong joined KFC in August 2023 as the Global Director of Operations, Engineering and Innovation and reports directly to the KFC Global Chief Operations Officer. He’s responsible for Restaurant Operations Innovation through Equipment and Technology. Prior to Yum!, he served in various leadership roles at Boston Consulting Group and Raytheon Technologies (formerly United Technologies Corporation). Peter received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
