Paul Rocchio serves as Senior Vice President of Development & Member Services at the International Franchise Association (IFA), where he leads efforts to recruit and retain members and develop value-driven benefits and services. He also staffs IFA’s Supplier Forum Advisory Board and Membership Committee, helping to strengthen engagement across the franchise community.
Paul joined the IFA in 1999 as Manager of Grassroots and Political Education. Over the course of his 25+ year tenure, he has held multiple leadership positions, including Director, Senior Director, and Vice President, before being named Senior Vice President in 2024.
Prior to his work at IFA, Paul held roles in government and public affairs, including as Manager of State Government Affairs at the International Mass Retail Association and as Associate Staff in the State Affairs Department at the Chemical Manufacturers Association. He began his professional journey in healthcare, working as an Equipment Technician and Surgical Assistant at Northern Westchester Hospital Center in Mt. Kisco, NY.
Paul holds a Master of Arts in Political Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Northeastern University. He is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Organization Management from the U.S. Chamber’s Institute of Organizational Management, and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives.
