Neha Dk is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience. As Pizza Hut’s VP Global Marketing, she leads the Strategic Brand Planning Vertical within Pizza Hut’s Global Brand Team and also serves as the CMO for its Global Franchised Markets (GFM) region. This role enables her to be part of creating global strategy while also bringing it to life across multiple markets.
Neha’s leadership journey with Pizza Hut started as the CMO for the India business in 2020. For three years, she supported the market’s turnaround and delivered strong business results as it navigated the tough COVID-19 environment; doubling the brand’s India footprint and driving positive sales and transaction growth. Her focus on consumer centricity led to first-in-category innovations such as Momo Mia pizza as well as the bold launch of $1 Flavour Fun pizza. Amidst a continuously changing media landscape, Neha also evolved Pizza Hut India’s media strategy from a traditional TV-dependent plan to a digital-only full funnel plan and built a team of modern marketers who were digital-first in their approach.
Following her time with the India business, Neha moved into the Pizza Hut Global Brand Team, where she led the Brand Centre of Excellence encompassing areas of Food, Value, Media, Creative, Partnerships and CRM/ Loyalty. Under her leadership, the team created and implemented strategic tools and frameworks that have helped align markets to a singular global strategy. In addition, for the last year she has partnered with the Global Chief Brand Officer to develop a new brand positioning and identity for Pizza Hut.
Neha’s deep experience spans across a variety of functions such as sales and marketing and across categories including QSR and CPG. Prior to joining Pizza Hut, she worked with ITC, McCain, Dabur and CavinKare.
Neha holds an MBA from MICA, India, and resides in Plano, Texas, with her husband and their dog. Traveling the world, immersing in nature and cooking (and eating!) good food are what they enjoy as a family. Her favorite Pizza Hut pizza is a Hand-Tossed Super Supreme – abundant and balanced in every bite!
