I began my coffee industry journey in 2013 as a barista at Dutch Bros Coffee, where I quickly discovered a passion for people, leadership, and company culture. Over the next seven years, I progressed into management and ultimately served as a company lead trainer. In that role, I helped open new locations across seven states, played a key part in developing customer experience standards, and trained hundreds of future leaders.
In 2020, I joined Clutch Coffee Bar as the Sr. Director of Growth. At the time, we had just two locations. Since then, I’ve helped scale the business to 16 thriving stores, with plans in motion to double that footprint in the next three years.
Today, I focus on driving sustainable, strategic growth—overseeing multi-state operations, expanding into new markets, and fostering a values-driven culture that prioritizes people, performance, and long-term impact.
