Mijo Alanis is the co-founder of Beyond Juicery + Eatery, a fast-casual brand built on fresh, flavorful, and health-conscious dining. His journey began in 2005 when he and his wife, Pam Vivio, opened the first location in Birmingham, MI, inspired by a growing demand for healthier food options. Under Mijo’s leadership, Beyond has evolved from a single juice bar into a thriving franchise with 45 locations across Michigan, Ohio, and Florida. He played a key role in menu innovation, brand expansion, and franchise development, introducing new menu items and launching franchising in 2018.
