A graduate of Shepherd University with a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management, Meaghan Goedde has nearly 25 years of experience working within some of the Denver area’s most notable hospitality collectives. Following graduation, she helped found The Hapa Group, where she was instrumental in the conception, development and growth of Japanese-Hawaiian fusion concept, Hapa Sushi, as director of operations. In 2007, Goedde made the move to Sage Hospitality Group, one of the nation’s most recognizable hotel and restaurant groups, where she was the second employee of its restaurant division, Sage Restaurant Concepts, and helped to launch the first concept in its portfolio, Denver’s Corner Office. She would spend the next 16 years advancing through the company’s ranks, eventually attaining the position of chief operating officer and executive vice president before taking on the role of chief operating officer at Boulder, Colorado-based Big Red F Restaurant Group. In 2024 Goedde was appointed CEO of Olive & Finch Collective, where she now oversees high-level business operations of the group’s roster of chef-driven, fine-casual Denver-area restaurants.
