Maureen DiStefano serves as the Director of Franchise Development for Potbelly Sandwich Works, where she plays a pivotal role in expanding the brand’s presence across various U.S. markets. In this capacity, she has been instrumental in forging franchise agreements in regions including Virginia, Philadelphia, Illinois, New York and New Jersey in both traditional and non- traditional venues in 2025.
Prior to her tenure at Potbelly, Maureen has over a decade of experience in restaurant development. She held positions such as Franchising Manager at Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., overseeing markets in the Northwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. She also served as Director of Business Development at Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits, Dunkin’ Brands and has held management roles at GNC, Delaware North and ARAMARK.
Maureen resides in Philadelphia with her husband and two children and continues to leverage her extensive industry expertise to drive Potbelly’s growth and strengthen its presence nationwide.
