Matthew Caric is the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence for Wingstop’s International team and is based in Dallas, Texas. In his current role, he leads initiatives focused on operational efficiency, brand standards, and scalable restaurant systems across Wingstop’s international markets.
He joined the International team in September 2025 after serving four years as a Franchise Business Consultant on Wingstop’s domestic team, supporting franchise partners across the Southeast United States. After taking over his territory in September 2022, the markets he oversaw led the company in same-store sales growth and operational metric improvement—reflecting his focus on disciplined execution, operational excellence, and delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
Prior to Wingstop, Matthew held various operational, training, and finance roles across leading hospitality organizations, including WoWorks, Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. He holds a degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Penn State University.
