Matt Smith currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Milkshake Concepts – the experiential hospitality group consisting of Vidorra, Citizen, STIRR, The Finch, Harper’s, Serious Pizza, and several more concepts currently in development. Matt formerly served as Chief Marketing Officer of The Madera Group which included fast-casual Tocaya Organica and the high energy fine-dining concept, Toca Madera. Following Tocaya’s combination with Tender Greens, Matt joined their newly formed holding company, One Table Restaurant Brands where he also served as Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing all marketing operations.
Prior to The Madera Group, after attending Tulane and Texas Tech University, Matt moved to New York City and joined Simmer Group, where the client roster consisted of brands such as Lemonade, Dos Toros, Mighty Quinn’s, Evergreens, fresh&co., Oscar Wilde, National Geographic, and Tocaya.
Now, exclusively leading the marketing for all Milkshake Concepts, Matt is focused on continuing to evolve and scale their diverse portfolio across the U.S.
