Lynn Edwards joined Taziki’s in April 2023 as the Vice President of Human Resources and People Operations. With over 27 years of progressive experience in human resources, he has successfully built high-impact teams and fostered winning workplace cultures. Prior to his current role, Lynn served as the Vice President of Field Human Resources at CKE Restaurants Holdings, the parent company of Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. Before that, he was the national Director of Field Human Resources at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Florida, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Originally from Syracuse, NY, he was raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and currently resides in Murfreesboro, TN, with his wife, Cherron, and their three sons.
In addition to his professional duties, Lynn serves on the board of the Murfreesboro Achievement Foundation and was recently elected to the Middle Tennessee Electric (MTE) Board of Directors. Lynn is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., where he mentors young students and helps them realize their full potential.
Lynn is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army.
