Kelly Crummer is an accomplished franchise development leader with over a decade of experience in strategic growth, recruitment, and brand expansion. She currently serves as Senior Director of Franchising for the U.S. and Canada at Firehouse Subs, where she spearheads franchise development initiatives across North America.
Before joining Firehouse Subs, Kelly spent seven years at Scooter’s Coffee, progressing from Director of Franchise Recruitment to Vice President of Franchise Development. During her tenure, she led high-performing teams, implemented scalable growth strategies, and played a pivotal role in expanding the brand’s footprint across the U.S.
