Josh Charlesworth

Josh Charlesworth has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2024. He joined the company as our Chief Financial Officer in May 2017. He added the responsibility as our Chief Operating Officer beginning May 2019 and served in those capacities until June 2022. Beginning in June 2022, he assumed the role of Global President. Prior to joining Krispy Kreme, Mr. Charlesworth held various leadership positions at Mars. He most recently served as Global Chief Financial Officer of Mars Chocolate from January 2015 to April 2017. Mr. Charlesworth holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
