She helps leaders move beyond good intentions to build scalable, legally sound people practices that actually work in busy, real-world franchise environments. Her expertise spans talent strategy, workforce relations, leadership accountability, and ESG, all grounded in the belief that taking care of people is not a soft initiative but a competitive advantage.
Before joining BIGGBY COFFEE, Jodi spent more than a decade in senior leadership roles with the Michigan Supreme Court, overseeing HR, finance, and administration for a complex statewide organization. She began her career as an employment and appellate attorney, giving her a practical, no-nonsense approach to managing risk while enabling growth. Jodi holds a Juris Doctor with a focus on employment law and a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
Known for her candid, engaging style, Jodi speaks to franchise leaders about how to build strong cultures without losing operational discipline, how to align values with accountability, and how to lead people in ways that drive both trust and results.
