Jim leads CapitalSpring’s Strategic Operations Group, supporting due diligence, portfolio management, and industry knowledge building initiatives. Jim has several decades of leadership experience in the restaurant industry. Jim recently served as CEO of Sizzling Platter which is an 800-unit multi-branded franchisee company. Prior to joining CapitalSpring, Jim was Founder and President of RMG, a boutique advisory firm serving the restaurant space. Jim has been the CEO or CRO for 18 different restaurant companies. He began his foodservice career in high school, where he started as a dishwasher. Jim holds a BA from Duke University.
