Jason Ingermanson

Jason Ingermanson, CEO and Founder of JRI Hospitality, began shaping his future in the coffee industry in 2003 when he acquired Paradise Coffee in Salina, Kansas. Motivated by a growing passion for both business and coffee, he and his team established Mokas Café in 2005. What began as a single café in Salina has steadily evolved into a thriving coffee and eatery concept known for quality beverages, delicious food, and genuine hospitality.
Under Jason’s leadership as President of Mokas Coffee & Eatery, the brand has expanded into multiple Kansas communities, including Salina, Wichita, and Colby, with additional growth underway through the recent launch of their franchising opportunities. As part of JRI Hospitality’s family of brands, Mokas Coffee & Eatery reflects Jason’s commitment to creating memorable guest experiences and fostering strong community connections.
