As Chief Marketing Officer of Habit Burger & Grill since February 2023, Jack Hinchliffe leads all aspects of brand communications, retail calendar, customer insights, digital marketing and Food & Beverage.
Under Jack’s leadership, Habit has transformed into a more meaningful, memorable and unmissable brand, earning #1 rankings for both its Double Charburger and Chicken Club sandwich. The Double Char hit iconic status when it was officially declared “out of this world” by The Planetary Society after being launched into space and the brand crashed into cultural conversation after placing a billboard outside In-N-Out locations congratulating them on their #2 burger.
Prior to joining Habit, Jack spent eight years in various leadership positions at KFC UK&I, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer. During his tenure at KFC, he transformed media and campaign strategy, brought meaning back to Finger Lickin’ Good, delivered the strongest share gains on record, developed and launched KFC’s first ever vegan product and accelerated growth through delivery. In 2022 KFC UK&I earned a Gold IPA Effectiveness award for a six-year marketing led business turnaround and Jack was recognised in the Top 10 CMOs by Campaign magazine.
Across both Habit and KFC Jack has been instrumental in driving commercial results through access, food, communications and media to make the brands more relevant, more distinctive and easier to access. Prior to KFC, Jack spent ten years in a variety of sales and marketing positions at Mondelez.
Jack is a passionate marketing leader who enjoys working with smart, kind people and believes in the power of creativity and innovation to transform businesses.
