Christopher Gumprecht leads Technology at Craveworthy Brands, a growing portfolio of fast casual and QSR concepts with big ambitions and even bigger flavor. With over two decades of experience in hospitality and restaurant tech, Christopher is known for bridging the gap between digital innovation and operational impact (usually with an iced tea in one hand and a dashboard full of KPIs in the other). Before joining Craveworthy, he helped scale and transform brands like Lettuce Entertain You and Rōti, launching mobile ordering platforms, in-house POS systems and loyalty programs that actually made customers want to stick around. At Craveworthy, he oversees marketing for 20 brands (and growing), drives loyalty and digital transformation strategies, and tries to make “IT” feel a little less like a black box. Christopher is especially passionate about making complex systems simple, building high-performing teams and finding practical ways to integrate new tools without overwhelming operators.
