Chris Dull is President & Chief Executive Officer of Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. He understands all aspects of franchise and corporate-owned restaurant management and what is needed to increase same-store sales and AUVs and improve guest experience. As CEO, Chris has set an emphasis on operational KPIs, strong unit-level economics, and return on investment to keep Freddy’s on a path of continual improvement. Before Freddy’s, Chris served as President & CEO of Global Franchise Group. Under his leadership, the company grew to more than 1,500 stores worldwide. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University, is a Board Member of several concepts as well as the IFA and holds the distinction of Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).
