Cheryl is certified in neuroscience brain-based coaching methodology by the Oxford Brain Institute. Cheryl is licensed in an exclusive ROI Coaching process emphasizing mental model beliefs and behaviors, 360 assessments, development planning, goal setting, accountability, and measurement. Cheryl is also certified by the Academy of Brain-Based Leadership (ABL), which emphasizes the neuroscience of leadership. Cheryl has served as a Keynote Speaker, Panel Moderator, and Conference Director for various clients. She has also served as Adjunct Faculty/Guest Instructor for Anne Arundel Community College, Georgia State University, and the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Cheryl is a former operator and executive at HOA. As Chief People Officer, Cheryl recently supported HOA Brands by facilitating the Organizational Design, Change Management, and People Engagement and Retention functions by positioning all as critical adjuncts for achieving business goals. These goals included initiating, supporting, and steering endeavors with the Board of Directors and the Executive Team to enhance organizational effectiveness through interventions based on structure, programs, processes, and systems to gain a sustainable competitive advantage. Cheryl’s team systematically enhanced the organization’s performance and its employees through planned interventions to focus on culture, team performance, employee development, operational efficiency, and productivity. Cheryl also initiated the Hooters Women in Leadership Forum and focused on empowerment and growth platforms for all employees.
Cheryl has been recognized and selected as a Georgia 100-TITANS of Industry for 2023 and 2024.
