Cheryl Fletcher

Cheryl Fletcher currently serves as the Chief Development Officer for Tropical Smoothie Cafe, a nationwide better-for-you brand with 1,500 operating locations across the country. Cheryl brings over a decade of restaurant and franchise development expertise to the table, having previously worked with Popeye’s as the Vice President of Franchise Development, in addition to the VP of Strategic Planning prior to that. Now, Cheryl works hand-in-hand with both the Tropical Smoothie Cafe leadership team and its franchisees, overseeing the recruitment process all the way through the design and construction of new cafes. Cheryl is credited as playing an integral role in the brand driving positive same-store-sales growth for 11 consecutive years.
