Casey Hilder is the Director of Marketing for Starbird, a super-premium fast food concept leading the industry in crispy chicken tenders, salads and sandwiches. Starbird opened to critical acclaim with the Breakout Brand Award from NRN and currently operates 12 locations in California.
Casey was recognized in Fast Casual’s 35 Young Leaders to Watch in 2022, as he contributed to the expansion and sales growth of Starbird. In 5 years, Casey has led the marketing plans for 7 new locations and helped produce 25%+ same store sales comps for four years in a row.
Casey has a background in hospitality, formerly working in marketing and operations for Thunderdome Restaurant group.
