Prior to joining Little Caesars, Basil played a pivotal role in the rapid expansion of prominent brands like Dunkin’ Donuts, where he led the team that made Dunkin’ the first retail concept to surpass 500 locations in New York City. He also spearheaded the rollout of Taco Bell Cantina in major urban centers, demonstrating his expertise in high-growth development strategies.
