Austin Capoferi grew up in the QSR industry, as my parents are franchisees of Hungry Howies. After leaving the family company to make my own path, I was hired by a large Subway Franchisee as a Director of Operations to oversee their locations. I was then recruited by Corporate to work with the DA’s office (Development Agent) to ensure Franchisees were upholding brand standards. After my time with Subway, I took on the role of Director Of Operations with EYM Group, a large Burger King company. After my time with Burger King, I was recruited by Mac Foods Group, a large Little Caesars Franchise where I held the C.O.O. position; navigating the company through COVID-19 and ensuring labor and food cost requirements were being met across the board. In 2021, I joined Next Brands and Development where I was tasked with developing a “Health-conscious” brand and also a modular concept for Beef-A-Roo, to bring to the Franchise Market. During my time at NBD, we also opened and operated several Blenderz and Beef-A-Roo locations throughout the United States.
