Amy is the Chief Marketing Officer for Taco Bell International – leading a team of creatives to drive sales, brand awareness, share the Taco Bell magic around the globe, and in turn, Build a Taco World.
Amy’s Yum! journey started 10+ years ago when she joined the KFC business with the LA&C team, and in 2019, she joined Global as Marketing Director for all things Retail Marketing. Throughout her Yum! Global career, she co-led the Crisis Recovery Team, launched KFC’s first-ever global creative campaign, finalized the Global Brand Tracker and RED Dashboard to set up KFC Global’s Retail Channel strategy, led a Strategic Pricing Project, rebooted RED Talks and so much more.
Since joining Taco Bell in 2021, Amy has made a tremendous impact on the U.S. Brand. From leading the product team to launch and re-launch successful products, to playing an integral role in the 2023 Brand and Business Marketing Plan, she’s taken the Brand to new heights. She helped elevate the emotional connection that Taco Bell fans have to our real, craveable food. Not to mention some of her more recent accomplishments with the Live Más Breakfast campaign with Pete Davidson, which generated buzz and step-change results.
When coming over to Taco Bell International, Amy has since launched Feed the Beat in the UK, campaigns like Taco Tuesday and Encore Hours and many more – all to build more brand love around the world.
Amy received her Bachelor of Science, Marketing at Babson College and went on to NYU Stern School of Business to attain her MBA, Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
Amy was born and raised in Massachusetts and is a huge New England sports fan. Her husband, Luciano, is from Buenos Aires, and they have three children (Federico and twins Francesca and Sebastian) and a French Bulldog named Charlie. In her free time, she enjoys reading and practicing vinyasa yoga. And finally, her favorite Taco Bell item is a Soft Taco Supreme with lots of Mild Sauce packets.
