Session Information
- Details for the date and time of your presentation can be found under your profile HERE.
- We recommend that speakers arrive 30 minutes before their session to pick up their conference badge at the registration desk and report to their session room 15 minutes before their presentation.
- Business attire is recommended for all speakers.
Presentation Materials
- Material must be free of any specific product endorsements and must not contain any derogatory or otherwise disparaging reference about any specific product or company.
- Title your presentation with your first and last name. (EmmaPaul_QSREvolution_2025)
- Below is a downloadable PowerPoint template that we require all speakers to use. We ask that you submit your presentation by August 22, 2025.
- Please also bring your PowerPoint on a flash drive to the conference as a backup.

Venue and Hotel Information
The QSR Evolution Conference runs September 2-4, 2025, at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. Information regarding the hotel and travel to the Marriott can be found HERE. The QSR Evolution Conference team has secured a limited number of discounted hotel rooms at the Marriott. If you have not reserved your room, book soon before the hotel sells out.
A/V Information
- All session rooms will have a projector, screen(s) and microphone(s).
- All presentations must be presented from the A/V laptop that will be provided.
- To avoid any potential technical errors, no personal laptops can be used during presentations.
Conference Industry Engagement
- The QSR Evolution Conference is the only event that focuses solely on the needs of quick-service restaurant operators. At this unique event, attendees will hear and share perspectives on running the quick-service restaurant of the future.
- There are several ways in which your associates can participate in the event:
- Email Blast to Your Associates – The QSR Evolution Conference team can create a targeted message for you to send to your associates. Please email Emma Paul at [email protected] to schedule.
- Marketing Your Session – If you have a spot on your website where you promote upcoming events or company news, please consider posting the QSR Evolution Conference logo or a banner ad promoting your involvement in the conference program. Please email Emma Paul at [email protected] with the required size if you would like to receive these files for posting.
- Discount Code for Your Colleagues – If you are interested in inviting your colleagues at a discounted price, please reach out to Emma Paul at [email protected].
