Her career spans Taco Bell, Domino’s, and Popeyes, with experience across multiple international markets.
She holds a Master’s degree in Food Studies from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology. Her expertise lies at the intersection of food, culture, and innovation, where she translates consumer behavior and cultural trends into commercially relevant ideas.
Outside of her corporate work, Shivangi writes about food history and identity. She has also authored academic research on topics including equity across the food value chain and food tourism.
