Paul’s career journey spans a decade at The Walt Disney Company, nearly ten years in the food industry at Wienerschnitzel, and close to eight years as an active member of CHART (Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers). His work has earned industry recognition, including Brandon Hall Awards for his contributions to the Wienerschnitzel brand. A Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT), Paul is deeply committed to mentoring others, fostering inclusive growth, and paying forward the support he’s received throughout his career.
Whether speaking at conferences or volunteering behind the scenes, Paul’s unwavering passion for people continues to drive his purpose: to empower the next generation of hospitality leaders through learning, sharing, growing, and caring.
