Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams and launching industry-leading initiatives spanning digital channels, loyalty programs, and menu innovation.
Originally from rural North Carolina and now based in Atlanta, Nancy and her husband, Russell, enjoy traveling, discovering new restaurants, and hiking with their two dogs – Roo, a 130-pound gentle Great Dane, and Bear, a 5-pound spirited miniature pinscher.
