Matt Bromley is a purpose-driven leader, innovator and brand builder with 25 years of experience in helping brands strategize, innovate and grow.
At Chick-fil-A, Matt’s been blessed to lead new concept development, menu strategy and innovation for Truett’s Group, a subsidiary that stewards the legacy of Truett Cathy’s specialty restaurant concepts: The Dwarf House, Truett’s Grill, Truett’s Chick-fil-A, and Truett’s Luau. These concepts offer an expanded menu of specialty items in addition to the classic Chick-fil-A menu, plus a full-serve dining experience with extra storytelling and fun for the whole family.
Prior to Chick-fil-A, Matt was Managing Director and Partner at Sterling-Rice Group where he had the opportunity to develop brand and menu strategy for some of the world’s leading restaurant and consumer packaged goods companies. His favorite part, the opportunity to dream big and collaborate with amazing people.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys volunteering with his church, traveling and pursuing his “comfort food foodie” merit badge, always on the search for his next favorite pizza, taco, or chicken wing.
