Jessica Osborne is the Vice President of Marketing for McAlister’s Deli, where she is accountable for brand marketing, menu strategy, digital, media, loyalty, PR, social, promotions, and guest experience in partnership with operations. With a marketing degree from Ole Miss and nearly two decades in the restaurant industry, Jessica brings a uniquely well‐rounded perspective shaped by roles across HR, franchise administration, analytics, brand marketing, and franchisee support.
Her career includes cross‐functional marketing leadership for beloved GoTo Foods brands such as Jamba, Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, and Carvel, where she also served as VP of Marketing.
