His career spans leadership roles in talent management, learning and development, human resources, labor relations, and training.
Recognized for his ability to build innovative, growth-focused talent teams, Damian is passionate about cultivating authentic cultures that attract, engage, and develop world-class talent. He currently serves as a Trustee for the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation and as an Advisory Board Member for the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (MFHA). A respected industry leader, Damian is a past President and active member of the Council for Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART).
