He founded the company to solve a problem every operator knows well: the drive-thru is the highest-value channel in QSR, and it’s still bottlenecked by the labor and variability of the counter behind it. Octane’s model is a automated system built for consistent output at peak throughput, in a footprint far smaller than a traditional store.
